Imogroup Sweepstakes Official Rules
Stay in New York – 3 nights / 3 days – Flight + Hotel + Transfers
Organised by SAS Jaillet Immobilier (IMOGROUP network)
Article 1 – Organizer
This competition entitled "IMOGROUP Competition" is organised by:
SAS Jaillet Immobilier, via the official IMOGROUP Facebook page.
This game is not managed, sponsored or administered by Facebook.
The information provided by the participants is intended exclusively for SAS Jaillet Immobilier / IMOGROUP.
Article 2 – Game dates
• Opening of the competition: 12 January 2026 at 11:10 am
• Closing date for entries: June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
• Draw: the 1st week of July 2026
Any participation outside this period will be refused.
In the event of no response from the winner within 24 hours on messenger (article 6), a new draw will be made.
Article 3 – Conditions of participation
To participate, you must:
• Be of legal age
• Reside in metropolitan France
• Have a real, personal Facebook account
• Participate for free and with no obligation to purchase
Valid entry if:
1. The participant likes the publication of the competition of this post.
2. The participant shares the post publicly on their own profile.
The following are automatically excluded:
• incomplete entries,
• fictitious or multiple accounts,
• Fraud or automation attempts.
Article 4 – Full description of the lot
The winner wins a stay for 2 people in New York City, including:
Article 5 – Modification of the stay by the winner
The winner may request to change the dates with the tour operator.
Any difference in prize due to the change of dates or services will be borne in full by the winner.
SAS Jaillet Immobilier / IMOGROUP cannot be held liable:
• Refusals to change,
• price increases,
• hotel or air availability,
• any commercial policy of the tour operator.
Article 6 – Designation of the winner
The draw will be held at the end of June 2026.
The winner will be contacted only via Facebook Messenger from the official IMOGROUP page.
Response time:
• The winner has 24 hours to respond.
• If he does not respond, he is considered to have renounced his lot.
• A new draw will be held.
• No appeal will be possible.
Article 7 – Responsibilities
The winner must comply with the formalities required to travel:
• Valid passport
• ESTA authorization
• Possible sanitary requirements
The winner is responsible for:
• ESTA, insurance, meals excluding breakfast, personal expenses, gratuities, local taxes not included.
SAS Jaillet Immobilier / IMOGROUP declines all responsibility in the event of:
• flight delay, modification or cancellation,
• modification of the stay by the tour operator,
• any incident or damage occurring during the trip,
• Facebook, Internet or Messenger malfunction,
• administrative or health impossibility preventing the winner from travelling.
Article 8 – Facebook mandatory information
In accordance with Facebook policies:
• Facebook is not an organizer, sponsor or guarantor of the game.
• Participants release Facebook from any liability.
• The data is collected exclusively by SAS Jaillet Immobilier / IMOGROUP.
Article 9 – Personal data
The data (surname, first name, Facebook profile, Messenger exchanges, etc.) are used only to:
• check participation,
• contact the winner,
• Arrange the booking with the tour operator.
In accordance with the GDPR, each participant can request:
• access to their data,
• their rectification,
• their abolition.
No data will be sold or transferred to third parties, except for reservation purposes.
Article 10 – Acceptance of the rules
The simple fact of participating implies:
✔️ full and unreserved acceptance of these rules,
✔️ agreement on all conditions of the stay.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the game in case of necessity or force majeure.
Article 11 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, SAS Jaillet Immobilier remains the sole decision-maker.
No financial or judicial recourse will be admissible.
